Washington State Municipal Stormwater Conference

The Washington Stormwater Center—in partnership with Yakima County and the Department of Ecology—is pleased to announce the second Washington State Municipal Stormwater Conference, MuniCon 2017.

This unique conference will focus specifically on addressing high-priority issues and challenges faced by municipal NPDES permittees statewide.

What you Need to Know

    Cancellations must be received by WSU Conference Management (wsuconf@wsu.edu) in writing no later than April 1, 2017 in order to receive a refund, less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations received after that date will not be accepted. No-shows will be responsible for the full cost of attendance. Substitutions are welcome any time.

    The Department of Ecology has indicated that NPDES Capacity Grant funds will be considered for possible use to cover conference expenses. Please contact your Ecology Grant Manager for pre-approval.

    We have prepared an editable LETTER TO SUPERVISOR template outlining the Conference goals and value for NPDES municipal permittees. Given the valuable training, information sharing, and technical presentations, the letter may be useful for registrants in seeking supervisor approval for conference time and expenses.

To become a Sponsor or Exhibitor at the 2017 Washington Municipal Stormwater Conference, complete and submit the form. Sponsor and exhibitor fees are due at time of application (make checks payable to Washington Stormwater Center). Please note that sponsorships do not include an exhibit space; if you would also like to exhibit at the Conference, be sure to add exhibit space to your registration and payment.

Info on the Exhibit Space (26 Spaces Available)

Exhibitors at the 2017 Washington State Municipal Stormwater Conference will be visible to a large audience of NPDES Stormwater permittees and other stormwater professionals from across the state. Your fee includes an 8' × 10' booth, a standard eight foot table with linens and two folding chairs. All exhibit materials (including free-standing materials or backdrops) must fit entirely within your alloted space. Not all booths will be located near electrical drops; if you require electrical service, please indicate that on your registration. Extension cords must be supplied by the exhibitor and must be taped down to prevent tripping hazards.
