His insights show how scalable, cost-effective systems paired with smart monitoring can make a real difference in mitigating stormwater risk.

About the Presenter:

 Joel Prock is a Senior Environmental Engineer at Boeing. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and began his career as a Water Resources Engineer at Geosyntec Consultants. In this role, Joel designed and analyzed stormwater treatment facilities for both industrial and residential sectors, supported municipal clients with basin-scale planning initiatives, and designed landfills for utility and federal clients. Leveraging his expertise in stormwater system design and analysis, Joel plays a key role in strategizing and selecting approaches to ensure compliance with stormwater permit requirements at Boeing. To further enhance his skills and complement his technical knowledge, he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Washington.
