ISGP Case Study: Responding to a 60-day Notice of Intent to Sue

In this case study, we welcome Stacy Paterson, senior consultant from Parametrix, as she presents on a real-world example of a facility navigating a third-party Clean Water Act lawsuit under Washington’s Industrial Stormwater General Permit (ISGP). Stacy walks through how her team assessed compliance, uncovered critical gaps in documentation and BMP implementation, and helped the facility avoid more severe consequences. The site had to respond quickly to a 60-day notice of intent to sue—this presentation details what they did, what they discovered, and how they brought the facility into compliance.
