James Tupper has over 30 years of experience representing industrial and municipal clients on water quality, land use, and hazardous waste issues. He has successfully defended permit challenges, citizen suits, and enforcement actions in federal and state court and before the Pollution Control Hearings Board and the Shoreline Hearings Board.
