Directional signage will be posted throughout the venue to guide you to workshops, breakout sessions, and meals. Maps for the workshop field locations will be available at registration.
Parking Information
Parking is available at the Hilton Vancouver as well as nearby public garages:

Self Overnight Parking: $37/day

Valet Overnight Parking: $44/day
Additional Day-Use Parking:
Vancouver Center Garage (270 W 6th St):

Monday-Friday: $1.75 per hour, $9 max until 6 p.m.

$12.50 max all day, $3.50 max after 6 p.m.

Conference Check-In
Be sure to check in at the registration desk upon arrival to receive your name badge and conference materials. The registration desk will be located on the lower level of the Hilton, just outside the Heritage Ballroom, and will be open during the following hours:

Name Badges
Remember, all attendees must wear their name badge at all times while inside conference venues. If you forget your badge, please visit the registration desk to have it reprinted.
Conference Schedule
A printed program booklet with a full list of sessions, venue maps, and exhibitor locations will be available in your registration packet. The schedule includes interactive workshops and five presentation tracks packed with valuable stormwater insights and the latest research.

Options include turkey, ham, and a Vegetarian/Vegan/GF choice (for those who pre-requested). Accompanied by potato/mac salad, chips, and bottled water or soda. -

Breakfast: Downtown Breakfast Buffet
Assorted juices, muffins, breads, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. Coffee & tea. -
AM Break:
Fresh seasonal fruit, honey yogurt, apple butter, and KIND Bars. -
Lunch: Plated Lunch
Pre-set salad, herb-grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and mushroom marsala sauce. Vegetarian/Vegan/GF option (for pre-registered attendees). Dessert: Cheesecake or sorbet (for dietary needs). Iced tea, regular tea, coffee, and water. -
PM Break:
Freshly baked cookies, KIND Bars, whole fruit, and soda.
