Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) 

To file this report, you will need to go into your WQportal page for your facility.  There you will find the form needed.  Fill it out entirely.  If there was no discharge during the quarter, make sure you say No Discharge.

Remember that this will become public information that can be found in Ecology’s PARIS database.  It’s very important to ensure that this information is current and accurate.

Just like your sampling events must occur quarterly, you must submit your DMR within the required timeframe:
