Branch Out – Volunteer Planting Event – This Tacoma Tree Foundation event is on November 16th at 9:00 AM. Join organization staff and other volunteers to plant neighborhood trees.
NMSA / EPA Webinar – November 15, 2024, 1:00 to 2:30 EST (10:00 – 11:30 PST) – This webinar will bring together stormwater professionals to reflect on the impacts of the MS4 program, consider the current level of awareness of stormwater infrastructure, discuss the status of the national MS4 program today and how this program may change in the future to meet the growing challenge of stormwater management. This event is led by the National Municipal Stormwater Alliance (NMSA) with participation from USEPA. 1.0 PDHs will be awarded for attending this webinar.

Stewardship Partners Planting Event – Join us on November 16th to plant native trees and shrubs at Wallace Acres. Wallace Acres is a historic dairy farm located between Carnation and Duvall, WA. Now, primarily used as a pasture for livestock, the property features an oxbow lake and prime fish and wildlife habitat along the Snoqualmie River. Stewardship Partners has been restoring and maintaining the habitat buffers for more than a decade and recently was awarded funding to provide livestock exclusion fencing and to restore 3,000’ of riparian habitat.
